Job Description
This is a full-time permanent position, and is right for you if:

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Real estate conveyancing experience or a related set of skills and experience
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong computer skills (such as MS Office, Unity/Realtiweb, Teraview)
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to communicate with clients in a clear and friendly manner
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to completing tasks properly
- Eager to work in a friendly team environment and assist others as needed
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete or assist with residential sales, purchase and refinance transactions
- Determine, manage and complete tasks that are required on time
- Correspondence and telephone calls with clients, financial institutions, lawyers and others
- Other duties as assigned

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
