Job Description
Archers Arena is seeking an experienced and motivated Gym Sales closerd to generate sales, build relationships with warm leads, and promote gym memberships. This is a commission-based role with a target salary over $100,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales closing:
- Reach out to warm leads via calls, emails, text, zoom and in-person interactions.
- Present and promote gym packages, emphasizing their benefits.
- Conduct tours of the gym facility and close deals to meet sales targets.
2. Relationship Building:
- Establish strong relationships with warm leads, providing excellent customer service.
- Follow up with potential customers, addressing inquiries and converting leads into sales.
3. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management.
Requirements:
1. Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness or gym industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
2. Sales Skills:
- Strong negotiation, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to build relationships.
3. Fitness Industry Knowledge:
- Familiarity with gym memberships and fitness concepts.
- Passion for health and fitness

4. Self-Motivation and Adaptability:
- Proactive, driven attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Note: Archers Arena offers a competitive commission structure, and the target salary for this position is $100,000 per year based on successful achievement of sales goals.
