The Role
- This role is the Right hand person to the President, responsible for overseeing daily operations of a small but mighty organization, while sustainably growing the organization.
The person in this role will:
Grow the company
- Grow the revenue to pre-pandemic revenue and beyond
- Hire the right people for our openings
- Formalize sales strategies
Effectively lead the team
- Be the go-to person for the ON and NS teams
- Be the partner to the President of the company in daily operations
- Handle change and resistance to change in a positive manner
Strengthen and formalize digital marketing strategy
- Increase online presence
- Increase online training options
- Elevate our position as a trusted Training Partner for a variety of industries
The right Candidate will be:
- Communicative
- Can provide and receive information in a manner that allows them to build relationships and accomplish their objective
- Resilient
- Does not let a bad day, week or month derail them. When life knocks them down, they get back up and try again
- Accountable
- Understands their expectations and will hold themselves and their team responsible to meet or exceed them
- Self-motivated
- Doesn’t need hand-holding, fulfills daily tasks as they come.
Must-haves (qualifications, experiences and skills)
- Previous leadership experience
- Previous successful personal sales track record
- Understanding of digital marketing
- Local to the GTA area, willing to participate in occasional on-site meetings in Mississauga
Nice-to-haves (qualifications, experiences and skills)
- Previous industry experience
- University degree
- Bilingual English-French

Interview Process

1. A 30 minute interview with the President over Zoom OR 60 minute in person interview with the President
2. A 30 minute Interview with the team
3. A decision is communicated and an offer is extended, contingent on references.

Salary: $80,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
