About the Position
Are you a creative and social media-savvy individual who loves crafting engaging content? Do you have a passion for writing, designing, and curating social media posts that spark conversations and grow online followings? Are you interested in the ever-evolving world of real estate? If so, we have an incredible opportunity for you!
We're looking for a talented Social Media Content Creator to join our Custom Studio Content Team. As a member of our team, you'll create compelling and visually stunning content for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. In addition, you'll be responsible for crafting monthly newsletters for our esteemed real estate partners.
Reporting to the Custom Studio Community Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional social media content, scheduling posts, managing social media accounts, and responding to comments and messages. You will be tasked with nurturing and growing account followings, strengthening online presence and brands, and responding to feedback.
In addition to these responsibilities, you'll also be responsible for producing compelling copy for our monthly newsletters and providing monthly social media metrics and reporting.
We're looking for someone who can be flexible and excited about taking on new tasks as required.

You understand and appreciate how real estate impacts the lives of all Canadians and are comfortable crafting copy that will help sell a lifestyle and home to potential buyers.
You’re up-to-date with social media trends and best practices in real estate and you’re comfortable monitoring market trends and industry-related articles, and managing the aesthetic appearance and engagements of social media accounts.
As a client-facing team member, you enjoy making social connections. You’re someone who loves meeting new people, chatting on the fly with real estate professionals, and diving deeply into the evolving story of Canadian realty.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge and experience with various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn)
- Experience with Canva, Google Suite, Later App, etc.
- Understanding of social media insights and how to compile monthly metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and passionate
- Strong organizational and time management
- Must be able to operate with a sense of urgency and to adapt to changing client needs, while adhering to deadlines (without jeopardizing work quality)
- Must be comfortable working independently, as well as reporting to manager
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00-$43,000.00 per year
