Currently we have an opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk at our 279 Yorkland Blvd., North York location. Your skills that we need for our team are:
Responsibilities:
· Reviewing and entering data information into the appropriate databases
· Proactively verifying data through source documents
· Monitoring and updating existing data when required
· Retrieving data for team members upon request
· Performing data searches
· Ensuring appropriate turnaround time on all data entry
· Complying with security backups and regular checkups to ensure the safety of the data being stored
Qualifications Needed:
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to take direction verbally
· Accurate typing and data entry skills
· Good Excel skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Communication and organizational skills
· Knowledge of basic computer programs
· Excellent customer service skills
