We're looking for someone who thrives and is passionate in data and numbers. You speak the lingo of aggregation, baselines, rates, dimensions, charts, numbers. No data project is too big to be addressed with web3. You believe in agile forming, storming, norming, performing analysis of websites, emails, socials, ads.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setup GA4, GTM, other analytics platforms
- Test website analytics functionality and ensure tracking platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, etc are tracking and reporting data accurately
- Develop custom reporting using GA4, Google Studio, Klipfolio to minimize manual reporting needs
- Setup UTM and channel groupings
- Setup data reporting syncs and ensure data is displayed accurately
- Participate in weekly marketing team meetings
- Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
- Provide data analysis and actionable insights for improvements
- Articulate business and marketing requirements into technical implementation
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent required
- Familiarity with online analytics and ad tracking platforms
- Familiarity with SQL, HTML, Python, Javascript is a plus
- Familiarity with Activation, Enablement, Go-To-Market strategies is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing, analyst or tech role
- Computer literacy with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Proven ability to demonstrate statistical literacy and data interpretation
- Fundamental knowledge of Zakat
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong understanding and knowledge of the Muslim charity/not-for-profit sector
ELIGIBILITY:
- Must be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of the employment
- Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment**; and,
- Must have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations
