YOUR Legal Services is a growing local law firm providing legal services in all areas of law. Practice includes, but is not limited to, Family Law, Real Estate, Will & Estates, Provincial Offences, Criminal, Small Claims, Landlord & Tenant, Corporate, and Civil Litigation.
Job description
- Seeking Junior Family Law Lawyer to work in a growing family law practice
- Junior lawyer will assist the Senior lawyer with files as directed
- Junior lawyer will assist family law clerk with drafting as required
- Must have licence to practice law
- Must have Juris Doctor
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred, but not required
- Must have an interest in / knowledge of family law and be willing to learn and grow with the practice
- Must have an interest in / knowledge of wills & estates and be willing to learn and grow with the practice
- Must be capable of being empaneled with Legal Aid Ontario or already empaneled with Legal Aid Ontario
Salary and pay structure will be discussed and is based on experience and ability
