Job Description
We are currently seeking a full-time receptionist/legal assistant to manage the front desk of our law firm. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Job responsibilities include the following:
.Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments;
.Greeting and helping visitors with questions and queries;
.Filing documents and mailing correspondences
· Scanning, photocopying and filing documents;
.completion of legal documents, including court forms
-filing documents in court and with other government agencies
Education:
.High school diploma or above.
Experience:
Previous work experience in reception duties is preferred.
Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking clients at the most of time.
Our office is located in central Richmond and is easily accessible by Skytrain.
