SHARP EXPRESS INC is a transportation company based in Mississauga, Ontario. The Company is engaged in moving of dry van and temperature controlled freight across Canada and United States. We are professional, agile and supportive.
We are seeking a Dispatcher who has a firm grasp of the principles of leadership and effective communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Dispatch Team and ensuring that a quick response time is consistently maintained while ensuring all delivery and freight needs are met. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that customer complaints are immediately addressed as well as monitoring the status of existing fleets and dispatching repair crews.
We are seeking the candidates with minimum 1 year of experience in dispatch and must have knowledge and experience in Load-booking.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON L4W 1S5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- dispatching: 1 year (preferred)
