Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the company’s accounting function focusing on Accounts receivables management and financial reporting. Successful candidate is bright, organized, and resourceful individual who thrives working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key accountabilities:
· Accounts receivable (AR) management including reconciliation of accounts receivable statements with customers on a regular basis;
· Managing the AR cycle with understanding of Accounts payable (AP) for resale customers
· GL month end closing procedures including reconciliation (AP, AR, Bank, Intercompany), posting Journal entries and accruals
· Preparing and reconciling HST statement for cross border customers
· Assisting with periodic management reporting and financial reviews
· Good understanding of ERP systems in general. Systems implementation experience is an asset
· Excel – intermediate level
· Strong Analytical Skills-Candidate can demonstrate an ability to analyze data, coming to meaningful conclusions and strong insight.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with atleast 5 years of accounting experience

· Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
· Strong written and oral communication skills.
· Strong organizational & customer service skills
· High degree of integrity.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
