Station located in Middleborough, MA right off of 495!
Seeking motivated, hardworking, customer-oriented individuals with a positive attitude who want to join our team of drivers in Delivering Smiles for Amazon!
As a Delivery Associate (DA) for Four Square Ventures Inc. it will be your job to exceed customer expectations and make sure all orders are safely delivered on time to the right place!
Our ideal candidates work well with other team members, work to accomplish assigned tasks with a positive attitude, and have a willingness to help their team complete their work!
Full-time (four 10 hr days) and Part-time (>four 10 hr days) positions available.
Must Be 21 years old.
Must be able to pass a drug screen.
General Responsibilities:
* Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road.
* Interact in a positive and a professional manner with customers, the general public, and other team members while performing duties and delivering products to customers' homes, retail, and business locations.
* Use company issued phone with designated apps to accurately deliver customer packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles. Able to set up accounts and use company designated applications and company email.
* Safely maneuver company van.
* To avoid incidents or accidents with other vehicles or other's property.
* In all weather conditions, and in the evening with limited visibility/darkness.
* May assist in training other team members AND have opportunities for advancement.
Qualifications:
* Holds high ethical standards at all times.
* Proven track record of reliability.
* Prior professional driving experience a plus, but not required.
* Excellent attention to detail with skill set to problem solve independently.
* Demonstrate strong communication and decision-making skills.
* Self-motivated and able to work in a self-directed environment with an upbeat attitude.
* Ability to work with a team in a fast paced, ever changing environment
Job Requirements:
* Must be at least 21 years old and posses a valid driver's license.
* Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
* Ability to safely operate and navigate a cargo van in all weather conditions.
* Must be able to intuitively use a smartphone and navigate with a GPS.
Work Environment:
* Deliver in rural and urban neighborhoods and towns to customer's residence or business.
* Drivers deliver in all weather conditions! Snow, rain, or shine!
* Will Deliver Amazon parcels in new branded company vehicles using company devices.'
