Our team specializes in the design, development and manufacture of cutting-edge real-time, mission critical traffic management and control systems. We are currently expanding and are looking for talented and innovative professionals. We are currently looking to fill the position of an Assembler. The successful candidate must assemble, test, and troubleshoot electronic assemblies, fill work orders and sales orders, follows production drawings and or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assemble and wire electrical sub-assemblies
2. Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports
3. Pack finished products for shipment
4. Fabricate or modify parts, using shop equipment
5. Responsible for meeting deadlines
6. Fill sales orders - Unpack, test (if required), Pack and Prepare Packing slips
7. Clean, maintain and organize work and desk area
8. Maintain stock/inventory levels
9. Inventory Counting and Inventory Organization
10. Test products to ensure conformance to specifications, Correct defects if required
11. Troubleshoot electrical assemblies
12. Perform related duties as needed by supervision
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & ABILITIES:
1. Regularly required to stand for long periods of time
2. Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
3. Regularly required to use hand tools, air tools, electrical tools
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. High School Diploma or related experience
2. Minimum 2 year Assembly, Machine Operator and/or manufacturing experience
3. Ability to understand and follow instructions
4. Attention to detail
5. Maintain a clean & safe environment
